The small church of Agios Therapontas is located north of the village and in particular in the foothills of Mount Stavrovouni. The residents of the village refer to the church as the small church which is located in the higher part of the village, since our village is divided in two neighbourhoods. The church was built in May 1773 using funds provided by the residents of the village. What is noteworthy is that this church appears to be the most ancient church dedicated to Agios Therapontas.
