The team has worked with renowned professionals, such as Theodoros Katsiaris, a former player of Nea Salamina and coach in various Cypriot teams. Their collaboration ended in 2024, and the club is now exploring new coaching options to guide its development.

Aetos Anglisides focuses on developing talent and boosting its squad with fresh energy. In 2023, Konstantinos Koulas, former Kerkida.net contributor, joined the team as a goalkeeper—a transfer that sparked interest thanks to its unique background.
